What you need
tbsp raw honey

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp ground ginger
tsp ground turmeric

tsp dried chili peppers

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp tapioca flour

tbsp water

lb ground chicken

tbsp sesame oil

cup cauliflower rice

sesame seed
Instructions
0 In a small bowl, make a slurry. This is the mixture that will thicken the sauce. Whisk together ½ tablespoon tapioca flour and ½ tablespoon water. Set this aside. 1 Next, in a saucepan on medium heat, add orange juice, honey, vinegar, coconut aminos and spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 2 Lower the heat, add the slurry mixture and whisk. Whisk until the mixture begins to thicken. Once the mixture is thick, remove from the heat. 3 Now, it's time to cook the chicken. In a pan on medium heat, brown the ground chicken in sesame oil. Break up the chicken as it cooks with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 4-5 minutes and then add salt, ground black pepper and the orange sauce to the chicken. Sauté everything together for about 1-2 minutes. 4 Serve the chicken over white rice or brown rice. Alternatively, you can make this meal paleo-friendly and use cauliflower rice or zoodles. 5 Top with sesame seeds, sliced scallion and enjoy!View original recipe
